Just a quick update, Emma is doing much better tonight then last night for sure. Her surgery ended up being way more difficult and a lot longer. Which in turn meant that recovery will be longer and has been harder then we had hoped for. She had a rough hour or so in the hospital recovery area but stabilized enough to come home. We had a rocky first 24 hours, but after a long nap this afternoon, things seem better. She is eating a little finally and even played a little Ipad with daddy. We had a couple good hours tonight before she crashed and asked to go to bed.
I have taken a lot of photos and will work on a longer post soon. Our journey to better hearing has begun and we are excited and very tired as well:)
