Today was one of those great days where you really love being a mom. I spent hours today playing and exploring outside with my little man. It has been a while since we have been home just us two and we really enjoyed just having fun. We ran a few errands and he was great and helpful! Then, we stopped at a state park, that we drive by daily but have only stopped once. It was a spur of the moment stop, and luckily I keep a ball in the car. We went to the river and threw rocks and that was funny. He did not remember having done that before, and got really excited. Then, we walked around and looked at flowers and trees. Then, we kicked the ball around before heading home.

In the afternoon we went for a long stroller ride, played at our park, kicked the soccer ball, played in the sandbox, rode his scooter and giggled a lot. It was an amazing spring day here and we soaked up a lot of vitamin D and love! Truly loved spending unplugged time with my sweet boy! Before I know it he will be grown, but for today he was mine and he was little!
We did miss daddy and sissy but you know what someone has to work and go to school:)
